The concept of 'Personal PC Storage' is to facilitate a low one-price plan to backup a PC's local hard drives critical data (not programs) residing inside the PC which meets the requirement for a majority of consumers; there are some limits based on what constitutes fair usage and the following is a list of restrictions:

If your computer system has a storage device outside of your Hard Drives which are inside the PC - Disk Hero can backup these devices see our HOME USER TAB above and look for Disk Hero "MULTI-PACK" program. This includes mapped drives.

If your Personal PC storage is greater then 20GB you will be asked to move up to a Multi-Pack payment plan which has unlimited storage capacity.

All billing is done with a credit card or by e-checks (US bank accounts only) which is a direct withdrawal from your bank account monthly.

Disk Hero will keep data for as long as your account gives us a "Heart Beat". Heart Beat is defined as a connection from your computer device to our servers indicating that the Disk Hero software is still running on your device. If your Disk Hero U3 account does not receive a heart beat for 90 days then your account is put on hold. You will remain on hold for 30 days and if no action taken your data is deleted. If your Disk Hero PC or Server account does not receive a heart beat for 1 month (30 days) then your account is put on hold. You will remain on hold for 30 days and if no action taken your data is deleted. These rules apply to all types of Disk Hero accounts including trials.
