Disk Hero PC does support network drives as a separate add-on device
and if the network drive is part of a server running Windows, then you
can install Disk Hero onto that server and back up the shared drive
locally. If the network drive is running on Windows Server 2003 or

Disk
Hero does support most types of external drives (including thumb
drives), but only if Windows sees your external drive and allows access
to it. If you have a USB external Drive at home, or at your place of
business then your can back it up with the following considerations:
The Disk Hero PC account fee of $2.00/PC + $0.50/GB per month also applies to each external device.
