Windows Firewall issue - Disk Hero program not working

Windows Firewall issue - Disk Hero program not working

If either of the programs are not working then most likely it is a firewall blocking access out from the program to the outside service. Follow these steps and you should have the solution.

Step 1: This screen might not come up for you so if not go to setup

Step 2:
You will have to allow the programs access so open your CONTROL PANEL

After restarting Disk Hero or Cloud Hero you should have full access now. e-mail us if you have any issues at support@diskhero.com or support@cloudhero.com
