How to get started opening user accounts under my Reseller Account

Follow the HOW TO OPEN A RESELLER ACCOUNT first. Then log in to your secure web account management area by going to the top of the pages at www.diskhero.com

Step 1: Manage a few of the global settings that will effect all your end user accounts

Set up Organizations/Companies then GROUPS so you can easily sort through the end user accounts

Step 2: Set up your method of entering in end-user accounts. Using Disk Hero's re-distributable installed is the easiest and fastest process where the end-user does a one-click install and you do not have to dial into each system providing your on the same domain. If all your end-users are not on same domain then the re-distributable allows the end user to install and you can manage what is backed up from your web log in area after there install is running. Usually you want the end user to mark the critical data to be backed up if your not on the same domain.
