This is a common issue when you have to rebuild a device like a PC, U3 or USB drive.  These steps should help and if your still having problems go to www.diskhero.com - LIVE CHAT is available 8am to 5pm PST time zone.

First remove Disk Hero software if it is still on the PC or U3 or USB.

PC:  START>CONTROL PANEL>ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS

Once finished go to www.diskhero.com and re-install Disk Hero PC version from the DOWNLOADS button along the top.

After download starts see IMAGES BELOW to continue.

U3:  If Disk Hero is running RIGHT CLICK on system tray icon (down by clock) and EXIT

GO to:  LAUNCH PAD>SETTINGS or MANAGE U3 PROGRAMS>DISK HERO>REMOVE PROGRAMS

Once finished go to www.diskhero.com and re-install Disk Hero PC version from the DOWNLOADS button along the top.  Then continue with IMAGES BELOW.
