This is a common issue when you have to rebuild a device like a PC, U3 or USB drive. These steps should help and if your still having problems go to www.diskhero.com
First remove Disk Hero software if it is still on the PC or U3 and USB users (see below images).
PC USERS: START>CONTROL PANEL>ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS - remove Disk Hero
You should open MY COMPUTER go to c:/program files/ and make sure there is no DISK HERO folder, if there is delete it. If you have issues with this folder delete then go to TASK MANAGER (CONTROL-ALT-DELETE pressed at the same time). Once in Task Manager go to PROCESSES and press on the top left column name to resort the list alphabetically. Look for DiskHero and END PROCESS - also look for MOUNTER and END PROCESS. You can close all the windows now.
Once finished with above instructions go to www.diskhero.com and re-install Disk Hero PC version from the DOWNLOADS button along the top.
After download starts see IMAGES BELOW to continue.
U3 USERS ONLY: If Disk Hero is running RIGHT CLICK on system tray icon (down by clock) and EXIT
