Executive Overview:
Disk Hero FD is an automated file distribution program to keep personnel in multiple locations up-to-date on the latest information. This frequently includes: technical information, data sheets, price sheets, program patches, device drivers and financial information.
System Requirements & Pricing:
You must have Disk Hero PC Backup installed on every PC/device you want to distribute files both in and out. The types of devices you can distribute files to are: PCs, Servers, USB external hard drives, U3 smart drives and USB thumb drives.
Pricing is $1.00 per month for each target device which includes 1GB of in and out transfer.
If you need more transfer in and out then it is an additional $0.50/GB/month, but 95% of our customers do not exceed 1GB per device.
Example: you have 4 computers and a USB thumb drive. You have 0.8GB (rounded up) of data you work with and want distributed across to all systems.
You get 1GB included per system, you have 5 devices = 5GB FREE. You pay a per seat fee of $1/PC which equals $5.00/month for File Distribution. If you exceeded the 1GB of free transfer on each device, the next month you pay an additional $0.50/GB/PC = $2.50 total for our 5 device example above.

$0.25/GB per PC sending into Remote Target location per month. Example: you have 5 office computers with 20GB of data and you want the data copied to a single USB hard drive on one of the PCs for safe keeping. 20GB x $0.25 = $5.00

Designation of files which are then duplicated to all systems so you will never be without the most current copy of a file on any of your PCs plus when you modify one file on any system are then sent across all your systems is coming October 1, 2008.
File Distribution means that when you add, change, or delete a file from one location, the program will perform the same operation at the other location. Hence each copy of the data is the latest copy - coming October 1, 2008.
